Lantau Island and the Big Buddha

Lantau Island is one of the biggest around Hong Kong. It's where the airport and Walt Disney World are located. And it's where you can go to make a pilgrimage to the Big Buddha. It's pretty touristy, complete with cable car ride up the side of a mountain, but it's worth a visit. And Lantau also has some decent beaches and cute fishing villages. Some pics below...
